Special Story about Liz:
On 7/30/2019 Liz mentioned that the honey thickened milk that is purchased for residents on altered consistency diet was not the proper consistency and that she has had to use thickener to make it the right consistency for residents to drink. Upon investigation, it was found that the product was, in fact, not of a honey thick consistency.

The product's distributor was alerted to the faulty product and the manufacturer placed a nation-wide recall on the product due to its potential to harm anyone on a honey thickened liquid diet.

Due to Liz speaking up and saying something about the product, she potentially saved not only our residents from harm, but anyone nation-wide on an altered consistency liquid diet from harm.
