What did this star do?
Michelle has been an employee of Crouse Community Center since 2018. She started out as a Unit Helper for 6 years and last year she became the Unit Secretary of our E/F Unit. Michelle jumped right into her new position and learned each aspect of it quickly. She is always there to lend a hand and can multitask very well. Michelle has an amazing personality and smile, which makes her joy to be around. She has a special relationship with each of her residents. We are truly blessed to have Michelle as an employee, and she is an outstanding example of a CULTURE STAR!
